I’m not happy with my equipment. Who’s responsible?

Through our network of fitters, our Swing DNA software and the assembly line itself, Mizuno takes every step available to get you the most suitable equipment and specification – giving you a better chance of playing better golf. However golf is an unpredictable game with many components, so we cannot guarantee that your game will improve. We will always take responsibility if we have not made your equipment to the intended specification (as ordered by your retailer). Your first point of contact is always the retailer / fitter where you purchased the equipment.
