La Cala Resort added to Mizuno’s Performance Centre network

Mizuno expands European network of premium custom fit locations

Mizuno has added the La Cala Resort in Spain to its expanding list of European Performance Centres across Europe.  Near Mijas and close to Malaga airport, La Cala will be an accessible fitting point for both local and travelling golfers.  The facility joins an impressive European portfolio that includes Gleneagles, Royal Birkdale, Woburn and Le Golf National.

La Cala is Mizuno’s 4th Performance Fitting Centre to open in Spain

Mizuno Performance Centres deliver the brand’s most comprehensive fitting facilities – with a wide range of shafts and components to test.  In addition to Mizuno’s Shaft Optimizer and Swing DNA software, La Cala boasts an premium indoor to outdoor fitting suite,  launch monitor and PGA Pro Qualified Fitters with Mizuno Fitting Accreditation.

There are also 3 courses to play at La Cala Resort – with dramatic elevation changes.

We are very excited with the opening of the Mizuno Performance Centre at La Cala.  We are one of the few 54-hole golf resorts across continental Europe and we are very proud of our golfing offering. This facility will further enhance the level of service and golfing experience we provide to guests and visitors at La Cala.

Mizuno’s Performance Centres offer a greater range of components for testing.

Mizuno now has 37 Performance Fitting Centres across Europe and over 1,000 local Swing DNA fitting centres – all using the new Shaft Optimizer 3D.  Mizuno’s award wining fitting system is able to recommend the best suited iron shaft and set make up from just 3 swings.

Mizuno has opened 40 days to the public each year at its Tour Performance Studio / Tour Workshop.

Mizuno also offers a full day Tour Performance Studio experience via at its workshop base Bearwood Lakes in the UK.  From February 2019 forty days a year were made available to the public.  >>Read more.
